"The old stone house is located between the fields and surrounded by nature. It has an old shell, however, it is fully renovated inside. It is comfortable and spacious. There is a pool, but despite being there at the hottest time of the year, the water was too cold to get in. The house is close to the highway and easy to get to. "This was our second trip to Villa Antoana (first one was 7 years ago). On arrival we were greeted by Ronald’s father who was waiting for us at the property. "Wir waren als 4-köpfie Familie in den Herbstferien hier und es war einfach traumhaft. Unser Ferienhaus ist uns in dieser Zeit richtig ans Herz gewachsen und wurde zu einem Zuhause auf Zeit. "We had a fantastic week at Villa Eda, an immaculate property that exceeded our expectations, apart from the lack of a hand whisk in the kitchen. Despite the heat wave with temperatures in the high 30s to low 40s, the efficient air conditioning kept us comfortable. The property’s isolation was perfect for us, although the 10-minute drive on an uneven gravel track requires a car with good suspension. The small pool and outdoor kitchen were wonderful, and collecting fresh eggs from the chickens...

"4 bedrooms, huge sofa (enough for 6 teenagers), pool with inflatables. Walked to bakery every morning including Sunday. Local supermarket within walking distance. All fabulous. We were slightly disappointed by the beach (too rocky and busy) but you could still walk to it. WiFi not strong enough for 2 families though particularly with lots of streaming. "We had a perfect time, the villa was clean, tidy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool was great. The owners were there to greet us on arrival and were on hand for anything we might need help with, they were super friendly and absolutely lovely to get to know, we have only been home a few hours and I wish I was back there. The area was good, local shops and crystal clear seas and beautiful coves a short drive."

"Really beautifully renovated building. Modern kitchen/ bathrooms but nice thick stone walls too! Hosts were friendly, generous and always responded quickly to any questions. Centrally located so most sites we wanted to see were 30-45 min drive away from the house. Swings in the backyard were great for our kids!"

"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."

"Breakfast was amazing (except for the fruit flies) Facilities were exceptional. Service was spectacular. Rooms were spacious & quiet. Bathrooms were the best I have ever stayed at. Walk to Old Town was pleasant. Would return."
