Despite the heat wave with temperatures in the high 30s to low 40s, the efficient air conditioning kept us comfortable. We were slightly disappointed by the beach (too rocky and busy) but you could still walk to it. WiFi not strong enough for 2 families though particularly with lots of streaming. Most impressed we were with the care that Barbara and her brother took to welcome us and to promptly help out with some minor issues. The surroundings of the villa are very quiet and peaceful. The pool, veranda and gazebo are great. With the car it is about 15 min to Labin and 25 to the beaches of Rabac."
