The pub staff were all so lovely and also the vibe in the evening was so fun and lively especially the nights with live music. Bus stops right outside to get into the city centre quick or back. Also cracking breakfast."

I’m giving it 2/5 stars because we had no hot water (shower) for 3 days, and upon trying to get it resolved, nobody helped or did anything. Otherwise, it would have been a good stay. "

They allowed us to check in early which was helpful, but that might have impacted the cleanliness of the rooms. Maybe if they had more time, the rooms would have been more thoroughly cleaned. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. "
