"What a delight it was staying at The Nook! - perfect location, very homely, very clean and great to have the outside space - lovely having coffee on the terrace in a morning - also the added bonus of secure parking on the doorstep. "Check in instructions were clear and came in plenty of time. Mick greeted us upon arrival as he lives a few doors down. Parking was ample and felt secure off the road in a private car park. The house was very clean and well catered for. It had Virgin TV with most channels available, which was a welcome addition. The only issue we had was getting a WiFi signal, which we needed to be near the front window for. I assume this may be because the extender wasn't working correctly to pick up the signal...

"Lovely property. Well within walking distance of where we needed to go. Conveinient for parking. Clean and comfortable. Marked down as parking isnt private as implied on letting site and hot tub was advertised at time of booking and for the year. When mentioned to owner was removed immediately. "The property was not fit for purpose with no working toilet, when I contacted the host she didn't arrange for a plumber to fix this so we had no working toilet during our stay which as you can imagine with 4 adults and 2 children in the property was not a pretty sight or smell. "Excellent facilities, very clean and great to have off road parking. The stairs are steep and a bit of a challenge. Perhaps there should be a warning included in the house description. The motion sensitive light at the top of the stairs was very necessary. It would also be helpful to have a guide specific to the house, and not just a generic guide.
