"Our two week stay in greater London involved meeting up with lots of friends located in central London and in Surrey. This lovely, two story accommodation turned out to be the perfect location for us with an off-street parking spot for our rental car and a 10 minute walk to the Hampton Court train station and its regular trains into London Waterloo. After long days out, it was great to come back to this very comfortable "home away from home". We often prepared simple meals in the evening...

"The property was not well kept, they fail to mention it is on a noisy and busy intersection. Room constantly smelled of Tobacco/Cigarettes. There was some suspect white powdery substance on a side plate, burnt underneath by flames left over from the previous tenant. So was not properly cleaned upon our arrival. Freezer was frozen solid, could not make use of it. Shower drain was blocked. Ceiling leaked. We did vacate and we did receive a refund for our unused nights, however there was quite a...
