"Great big space. Awesome for our holiday. Only downside is i felt stuff scrawling on me all night, both nights i was in the master bed. The sheets werent too clean. I should have called and requested different sheets. The capret and curtains seemed damaged by moths? No vacuum either. "

"The property is on Great Ocean Road in the heart of the Lorne beachfront. It has easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the ocean. Surprisingly, it is quiet after 9:30 p.m. in January—a very family-friendly area. The staff at the motel were very friendly. The room was spacious, with added touches of silverware and real wine glasses. The finishings were a little tired but it did not detract from the comfort of our stay. "

"This place isn't the Hilton BUT it is a great, honest, clean and convenient place for anyone looking to stay. The staff left you alone but were available if needed, the location is amazing, the noise is minimal and the rooms are comfortable and homely. We would happily stay here again if we return to Lorne. Thanks! :D"

"The room was clean and had a lovely slightly obstructed view of the ocean. Was a little noisy over the weekend from the pub but that was all quiet by 11. "

"This was very clean, not a lot of room for cooking, and quite noisy in the evenings, with music from the hospitality venues at the back of the property. Would suggest an air fryer would make a big difference to the cooking area"
