Classic older style beach house in quiet location backing onto Deep Creek nature reserve. Lovely 10min. walk along reserve to Fishermans Beach. Easy access to surf shops & town centre.
This house is a traditional beach holiday home which is well maintained, & furnished in a comfortable and relaxing manner. Comprising master bedroom with queen size bed , 2nd bedroom with two king singles and 3rd bedroom with two singles. Lounge has two large comfy couches, wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioning and catches the morning sun beautifully. Two steps down from the lounge is the kitchen, which opens onto the rear decking.
This has BBQ facilities and a wonderful large rustic table over looking the large rear yard and onto the bush reserve. Enjoy a meal whilst watching the sun setting and the many birds returning home for the night. Spotlight possums at night and let the friendly magpies entertain you in the mornings.
All beds are fitted with doonas and doona covers. Guest are required to bring their own sheets and pillow slips. Guests are also required to bring their own bathroom towels.
If you require full linen, ie sheets, pillow slips and bathroom towels an added fee of $25 per person per stay will apply.
For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Main attractions are the wonderful beaches of Torquay and the fantastic year round surf.
Learn to surf at one of the surf schools. Although Torquay is famous for its surf beaches, it also has a beautifully protected front beach (Cosy Corner) which is ideal for families. The grassed foreshore reserve has picnic/BBQ facilities and shady trees.
The surf shops of Ripcurl, Quicksilver,Strapper, Billabong, Roxy etc. are all only 5 - 10 mins. walk.
Tiger Moth World Adventure Park, with its vintage bi-plane flights, aerobatic flights and sky diving for the adventurous is just a short drive away.
Torquay & surrounding areas boast some of the finest and most picturesque golf courses in Victoria ranging from the Torquay Sands links to Anglesea with its friendly kangaroos.
Torquay is also the start of the Great Ocean Road, with its amazing scenery & enticing restaurants; featuring local produce & some of Victorias finest boutique wineries. Worth the drive.
Torquay also has a variety of coastal and bush walks easily accessible from this home.
