Red Cloud still has some cobblestone streets and many of the downtown properties are being renovated. Grain trucks can be a little loud during harvest, but I slept well. Got up early to catch the sunrise on the Willa Cather Prairie. "

"Wow!! Definitely one of the top vacation rentals I have stayed in. What a fun property with tons of space!! Everything was super new and clean, and the house was perfect for our family stay. If you’re looking for a rental in this area, just book this now. You won’t find a better price or space in any of the neighboring towns. Location is great, you can walk to the local bar and grocery store. Also, there is an entire downstairs “rec space” that isn’t shown in the photos, but is great for kids to run around or for watching sports games! I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy this property because it was truly unique and special!"

"What a gorgeous little apartment in a beautiful historic building! Nicely stocked kitchen if you like to eat in, clean bathroom with a very nice shower, and a super comfy bed. Everything downtown is within walking distance. The owner was so nice and accommodating and ready with excellent suggestions for eating and shopping."
