"The stay would have being better if the check in good but it was at all. I called the hotel to add my boyfriend on the reservation because I was late. They never did. I spoke with Hotel.com. They added the name but for some reason Bonaventure did not receive it. My boyfriend lost more than 2 hours at the front desk. "The reservation and check-in process went well. I did not receive the email with check-in directions as they state will be sent prior to check-in. However, did not encounter any issues when arriving at the property. Having parking on-site and included in the cost is HUGE as in Ft. Lauderdale everyone adds or charges in addition for parking.
