"Good hotel but I think is to crowdy"

"It was our first time at the Secrets sunny beach. Overall it is a nice resort with great view from the balcony. Since it’s end of season, there were outdated beach umbrellas, cold pool and a lot of repetitive food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some impressive hotels nearby but need to clear the small shops on the walkway to the central square."

"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

"Hotel is getting ready to close for the winter so it was a little empty but the food was ample and good, the staff are amazing. I forgot my uk to eu adapter and they loaned me one. "

"That was our second stay in this hotel. The 2-bed apartment was amazing and it had fantastic views. The hotel is located near the beach. The restaurant was fine. The covered car park is quite narrow, a bit messy (they use it as a storage too) and rather dear. The staff is helpful and understanding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"The hotel was nice, right in the very centre of the resort. Staff were friendly, hotel clean and nice pool area. All inclusive was not so good, there were regularly empty trays of food, that just were not been restocked, always the good stuff, a poor selection compared to a usual 4 star hotel. There is no bar area, entertanment is on poolside which is nice, but all lights get switched off at 10:30, at which point you have to go out or go to your room"

"dette hotel burde ikke kunne få 3stjerner da dets standard er meget dårlig, på værelset hang stikkontakterne ud af vægen , den ene lampe virkede ikke og amaturet ude på badeværelset var ved at falde ned. rengøringen på hotellet var heller ikke særligt godt. fx. var der blod på det ene af lagende og da vi ringede til receptionen fik vi først afslag på at få det skiftet til aften, men efter nået brok ville de se på det, der kom en op og sagde rengøringen ville komme op, men da klokken var 01.00...
