"We were so happy with the place! Nice private little cove. It’s got a nice walkway to the place and is fenced in for good doggies! The Kitchenette was perfect and they had a coffee/ tea station that was a game changer. For 2 adults, 2 dogs, and a baby it was plenty of room for a few days"

"We had a fabulous stay at Judy's place. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was good. When we had an issue with the furnace, the owner went out of her way to correct the problem and ensured that we were comfortable. We would recommend this place."

"The whimsical cottage was very cute and comfortable. It was clean to the naked eye, however there were cobwebs in the windowsill behind the sofa. I wanted to go sit on the Adirondack chairs behind the house it those have not been wiped down at all. The shower is very small and dark. I realize it is an amenity to have its and pans however they definitely can be updated, it is hard to cook anything on an uneven pan. Overall it was a nice stay"

"I don't like to put negative energy out into the Universe BUT... from the steep slippery stairs to the upside down entry door to the lack of water- no water at all in the morning- then the sulfuric water. And then there was the creepy cat picture on the wall. We named the place the S King Lodge after our favorite horror writer. The stairs alone are a red red flag. "We have stayed at this cottage multiple times. It's very well kept and in a good location - right next to a rail trail that you can ride to Hurley (George Washington had a party there). From the patio you can watch horses prancing on the property next door. If you need anything, there is a market a few minutes away. The High Falls food co-op is even closer. Rosendale trestle and cement mines are not far. Or drive a little further to the magnificent Ashokan Reservoir. The hosts are lovely people....

"This house was so nice. It was very clean, good location with parking and everything we needed was already there. There were two full baths and a half bathroom so plenty of space for 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped. No issues with hot water and we had AC in each room. Very happy with our stay and would return if we were back in the area."

"This charming home was lovely for our visit to the Catskill Mountains. The stream is right outside the door and the hot tub was relaxing. We appreciated the updated kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of towels and other essentials. There are good local restaurants five minutes away in the town Phoenicia."
