"No complaints about the room, I was in one of the older rooms but it was clean, very close to the gym and quick to access. The staff were very prompt when I requested toiletries that I'd forgotten. "Cosy rooms with a small, but renovated bathroom. The hallways and stairs are quite narrow and there is no elevator but since it said so on the website we knew what to expect. You can borrow hairdryers at the front desk, there is coffee and tea available around the clock in a sitting area. Everything was clean and staff was really nice! "Clean and safe area"

"Spotlessly clean but tiny room perfect for an overnight stay. Great bed, quiet room, great blackout curtains and mood lighting. The staff were extremely friendly. I didn’t do breakfast but it looked good. I will definitely return as it’s great value for money."

"Self check in, despite having done it online, a little annoying. No contact with staff, no reception area to speak of. Rooms aren’t just small, they are tiny. Lighting options are poor. Centrally controlled Aircon blows onto the bed and resets to cold in the morning. On plus side, fabulous location, quiet rooms, bed comfortable. Good blackout curtains. Very clean, apart from marks on wall, to be expected, when the room is so small and nowhere to place luggage, or anything else. "

We opted to walk from London Liverpool Street Station to the hotel, which was just over 2 miles, taking under an hour. We were warmly greeted and aided in carrying out the check in procedure via a tablet. This procedure resulted in a room no being allocated to a key card.
