"This was a fabulous apartment. It was next to the red light district but like the rest of Japan it was perfectly safe. The one criticism was the access arrangements. There was some difficulty getting a pre arrival booking form which allowed their automated system to send the check in details. We literally only got that when we arrived at the front door. Would definitely stay here again if in Hiroshima. "

So, it involved a bit of walking to most places tourists are likely to be headed, but I didnt find it bad and there were bus stops close by if needed.
