The charm and character of the property is only outdone by its location. You are close enough to enjoy Mohegan Sun and Mystic or far enough away to feel like time stops as you recharge yourself. "We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights at the house. Its a great location of you want to also hit up the casinos, which we did. The area is nice and quiet so we really enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. My only cons is the basic cleanliness/upkeep. I know that the outside will have leaves and branches due to having trees around but the corner areas of wet piles of leaves and the weeds in all the gravel made it look really unkept. "My friends and I had an incredible time at this property. Just an hour and a half from Boston, we were shocked to feel so "off the grid" and enjoy some peace and privacy. The house is beautiful, modern, and very accommodating for groups. We really enjoyed the access to the pond, hot tub, and space for outdoor fun. Would 10/10 recommend."

"We were in town for a family wedding and stayed here with two of my daughters and one special needs granddaughter age 18 months. It is a lovely home in a great spot. Close to the wedding venue, the beach, Providence and with a great view. The host family was quite accommodating as we needed to check in early for the baby. Also being close to CVS and groceries for any amenities was amazing. Would Iove to stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful week. The house is beautiful and fit our needs nicely. We spent most of our time in the upstairs floor & loft but the dehumidifier is a big help in the bottom floor. Having TV’s & ac’s on all 3 floors, we were able to keep it cool during severely hot & humid days. As we do not have our own boat or kayaks, we weren’t able to use the dock which was a bummer. The only complaint I have is that the upstairs dishwasher is not secure. It works, just tips when loading and unloading....

"We first stayed here in summer 2022 and this summer returned for a 3 week stay. It was even better this time! Beautiful landscaping improvements made it an even more attractive location. This home is so well equipped and comfortable. Whether looking out at the water from inside or from a seat on the dock, the views are mesmerizing. It’s a great place to kayak and soak up the sun, and it is close to everything! The property owner is wonderful and responsive. We will definitely return for a third...

"Having off street parking was great. Simple but clean interior with nice design touches. Older home so 2nd floor is dormered which might be problem if very large or tall. Overall felt like a home with a lot of care that went into it. Older neighborhood but street was quiet and we felt safe. Various shops and stores within a mile if you wanted to cook, eat out or forgot to bring something. Simple but clean and well appointed."

"We loved our time at this cozy cottage. The place was immaculate, and we felt right at home the second we walked in the door. My mom noted that the detail in the decor of the cottage was perfect. The host was thoughtful and left us some treats to enjoy. Our host Sara was quick to respond to any questions I had. The new addition of the hot tub was a great surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend staying at this great vacation gem. "
