"We had a wonderful time at this cute and cozy mountain home. We came up to West Virginia to visit family that lives in the area. It was such a nice respite to come back to every evening and relax. The decor is lovely and so much attention to detail. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. We had everything we needed and will come back again. The hosts were clear in communication and gave us many wonderful ideas for places to eat and things to do."

"We loved staying here. The hot tub was super clean, the property was quiet & lovely. The yard for the dog or fire pit was large & totally fenced in. You can tell the owner is very diligent keeping the fencing intact. The house is clean. There is an igloo which is really cool if the weather is bad & you want to be outside. "Our group had an amazing stay at the Bear Chase Manor! The house has great common space areas and the pool was a huge hit with everyone. We also loved the convenience of being next to the brewery along with the incredible views of nature. Can't wait to have the opportunity to stay here again!"

"The cabin was perfect for a few days of writing and reflecting! Everything was very clean and it was easy communicating with the owner. The house is not "secluded" as there are neighboring houses on two sides and if I hadn't brought an ax/saw to cut my own dry wood enjoying a fire wouldn't have been possible. But overall a lovely stay and I look forward to going again!"
