"Initial impressions of the hotel are great. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. A few negatives are that the floor in my room was dirty - could feel grit and dirt on my feet throughout, the breakfast was a little cold, and bathroom was a little grubby around the skirting boards (room 32).
