"Arabella hotel is a unique hotel that impressed our family. Warm welcome from the reception as if you were greeted by your friends that respect you and want to look after you. We were offered as treat warm nuts in a paper bag that added on our Christmas mood upon arrival on Christmas Eve. The classic decoration and the old Austrian style was impressive but at the same time you could easily identify how well maintained this hotel is up to detail. The room was beautiful, spotless and big enough. We had breakfast pre booked and it had great selection of breakfast including freshly baked Austrian Christmas cookies. The Christmas dinner was up to Michelin star level! Super delicious. The staff were so friendly but also very professional and I can’t comment enough the person that cleaned our room as for two nights they even polished the bath and cleaned behind the bed and that explains how spotless the hotel was. Diana and Doti at the breakfast made us feel so warm on Christmas like we were with family! The swimming pool was warm enough and also very clean. The windows around the pool offer beautiful views! There was play area that our little one enjoyed as there is plenty of space and activities and games to keep kids busy. Our son was also offered a sledge to ride as it had quite a lot of snow when we visited. The location is a plus also. The only thing negative for us was that on Christmas Day we would expect a bit more festive atmosphere at the dinner. "

"Our stay at Villa Alma was remarkable. Sophia was an absolute treasure as the manager of the property. She was there for check in and a tour of the facility, and became our friend during out stay. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, courteous and kind. The food was amazing for breakfast and if we need some food at other times. The access to the lake, and all of the facilities were perfect. Best stay we could have imagined. We would come back again without question."

"The pictures do not do this wonderful property justice. Its is a stunning 16th Century property updated with all the modern amenities. 10 of us stayed here with 4 kids and it was more than big enough. The water from the private spring is delicious, the rowing boat and diving board straight into the lake make the days fly by. We had great weather as well. Kids loved the small basketball court and the many toys and games available for them. The veiws from the veranda over the lake are amazing every morning for breakfast and the Drachenwand towering over it is awe-inspiring. This is a home that is loved by the owners and it shows. This is a once in a lifetime stay! There is so much to do around Wolfgangsee and Mondsee. "

"Nicole, the property manager, is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable with a wonderful featherbed duvet. The view from a cozy balcony was breathtaking overlooking the swimming pond on the property, the turquoise lake and a field with grazing cows next door. Could not have been more picturesque."
