"The location and roof top views here amazing. The room was a bit small but ok for us. The bed sheets were smelly and dirty. A better explanation on how the housekeeping works would be great. I paid for cleaning when I booked it for 2 days I asked how housekeeping works and was told to call a number if I needed anything so I did call and they wanted to charge me for extra towels toilet paper and cleaning again, so I just said no because I already paid. "Excellent location, the studio is very cute and cozy. The only thing that is missing is that they should remove the rug that is in the studio. It is stained and it looks dirty. The floor is beautiful and it doesn’t need a rug. Besides the “rug”, my stay was perfect! Definitely, I would stay again! "

"Terrible communication. We arrived earlier on the first day because our flight was changed and asked to check in early, but they didn’t allow it. The reception staff didn’t help at all, claiming they couldn’t do anything and that communication was only possible through WhatsApp. I had to book another hotel because they wouldn’t let us check in early, even though we were willing to pay for it. "The only nice thing about this hotel was the people that work there and the location. The room we stayed in had black mould in the bathroom. The pillows were hard as a rock and the sheets did not fit the bed. "
