"The property and staff were wonderful, but there were some unexpected surprises. I did not know ahead of time that a car could not bring me directly to the hotel and I would have to take a boat. "The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. It is situated in a prime location along the Ganges, offering excellent views of the river from the sit-out dining area. "We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. "What a gem of a hotel. Ideally situated near a quiet part of the Ganges in a rural part of Varanasi, yet not so far from the activities of the road system. The hotel is very clean, tidy, while rooms are spacious and fresh. The staff at this hotel were fantastic and went out of there way to make our stay very comfortable."
