No signs at all, not even on the locked gate where we had to wait for one hour that someone opens it. We were the only guest with absolutely nobody else in the house. There was no air-condition anywhere, no WLAN at all, no hair dryer, no toiletries etc etc. All things which were supposed to be there according to the site description on expedia. "Very nice, spacious, clean room in a large apartment with a communal kitchen / dining area. Host was very nice and came once I rang the telephone number on the door. I had chosen a room with a balcony, but had little use for it as arrived after dark. It is a surprisingly long climb if you are walking up to San Miniato, so leave plenty of time! Would definitely stay again."
