"Walking in, the smell of urine hit us. The room was filthy. The towels did not look clean and looked like someone has used them and just hung them back up. The sink was disgusting with dried soap scum on the top of the sink and in the sink bowl. The sheets were stained and put on the bed inside out. The top bed cover was so stained we threw it in the corner and stayed in our clothes when we went to bed. The bathtub/shower was disgusting. The overflow valve cover in the tub was missing and a rag...

"The room was unclean with only one towel. The dresser was smashed to pieces and the window had what appeared to be a bullet hole covered in clear duct tape. Breakfast was supposed to be included but the lobby was completely locked up in the morning. Worst of all, my credit card was charged more than once, and no one was present at check out at 8:00am to discuss these extra charges. "

Oh buddy would you be wrong. The entrance is on the third floor. Which means steps. Soooooo many steps. Then when you get inside it is a split level floor plan so steps up to the living room and steps down to the bedrooms, bathrooms.
