"I stay often here, the hotel is clean, the staff friendly. It is directly outside the metro for the airport and Valencia city, though you can walk into the airport from here. My ONLY gripe is that I cannot make a coffee when I wake up as no kettle etc. Other than that....... However, that said, I still stay here for convenience, you know what you are getting and the cost is good. "

"When we got to the hotel there was no one at the door to pick up our luggage. So we have to carry 25 kgs bag up 8 stairs. The check in was busy but it move fast. Our check in officer Elena made our day more comfortable. Throughout our stay we consider Elena a super star for all the work and help that she does for the hotel clients. The room was beautiful but a little small in space for our bags. The area for improvement is the bar service. We have to go to the bar two times to ask for service including for paying. We waited 1/2 hour for service which is no acceptable. Management take note on your super star Elena. She made our stay great including reservations for the new years activity. "
