"Lovely hotel, went there for Valentine’s day with my girlfriend. Lovely room, great bar staff. However, had a valentine’s meal in the restaurant, which was extremely poor service. Waited an hour and forty minutes for a meal The restaurant manager made no apology for the shocking service and the head waiter didn’t have a clue what she was doing or serving. Was served sparkling wine warm. Then given an ice bucket 10 minutes later. Not once did the waiter come over and ask if we wanted...

"fab 10/10 just unfortunate l dusted dirty surfaces with wet toilet paper ..... bedside tables ,main top where kettle was etc... would take 2 min daily with spray & duster all staff ok , very professional in reception & dining area "

"Good as always. Sadly a couple were arguing loudly into the small hours in next room which spoilt things slightly. Whilst threatening repeatedly to 'go home' with his dummy, rattle and toys, unfortunately he did not... "
