"We really loved staying here for so many reasons, but the downsides were: Your deck is basically shared with the unit next to you (wooden railing in between) and you can see into each other's units from the decks. There was really loud karaoke from some bar all night which really ruined the peaceful vibe that we had at sundown. The trade off is being walkable distance to shops and restaurants. The unit was spotless and well maintained. That mattress, however, needs a topper or something. It...

"Overall nice stay. They provided everything. Towels, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs. So nice to not have to buy a bunch of stuff. Nice view. Comfy king bed. Updated washer and dryer. Would be nice to have had a new shower head and another couch. Living room only had one small couch so not super comfortable to all hang out together. Overall very nice stay with family. "

"Simply lovely. The town is dressed up for Christmas. In three days we explored the entire island, enjoyed coffee and meals just steps from our front door, and relaxed by the fireplace in the dark evenings. The hostess is friendly and responsive. Shout out to Vinny’s pizza and pasta for the best spaghetti, meatballs and salad, Crows Nest for coffee drinks, and Rocky Bay Cafe for breakfast and chatting with the locals. "

"The 5 of us had a great weekend getaway and the large space was perfect for our extended family in the area to visit. The rooms were spacious, kitchen was well stocked with cooking stuff, beds were comfortable and the renovated bathrooms were nice. Overall it was a great space and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. "

"I am a hobby wildlife photographer, and birder and the Semiahmoo area offers great birding so this was an excellent option for me. I’ve stayed here once before and it’s so comfortable and cozy was glad it was available again. If my bank account allows, I hope to stay again in the future, but at a time of the year where the weather is better. Convenient to everything I needed and great communication by the owner and check-in was easy."
