"Was a bit nervous reading some of the reviews for this place and I should have listened. The apartment was clean and is in decent location. However the apartment I was in (10) the air conditioning was broke and the windows did not open which made the room unpleasant, hot and stuffy. Tried to get it sorted but the apartment owners are a nightmare to contact. I sent two messages in the app with no response, rang several times and no answer. "Very nice place to stay in Sopot. Close to main attractions, but the hotel itself is in a quiet area and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Walkable distance (15-20 minutes) to SKM (Szybka Kolej Miejska), which you can use to get to Gdansk for a 1-day trip (really nice option). The room and hotel facilities were ok. You have all what you need. Good breakfast included in price. Friendly staff. I do recommend this hotel for a short or long stay."

"Great Accomodation right on the Main Street. Wiirhin easy walking distance of most things. Breakfast is served in a restaurant next door from a set menu which was very nice. Only issue was that the pillows were very soft and flat but that’s personal preference. Overall a great place to stay. "

"Great location, nice room, but breakfast menu was limited. They claimed we should not have been able to book as we were a family and tried to charge us more once we had checked in. I refused and once they realised the children were well behaved they were very nice."

"Room DOES NOT have microwave, refrigerator or so called kitchenette as they advertised on website and we were told by the staff none of their rooms has these.We booked this property because of this so we were very disappointed about their dishonesty. Big noise started even before 6am in the morning and sometimes lasted later than 10pm from their tiny communal kitchenette which only has a very old kettle and a small fridge . "Don't stay here if you are on holidays. it is not nice and way to expensive for what it is. The shared bathroom is inadequte and in poor condition. The shared kitchen is full of strong smelling half full pots of food. I only stayed because it was the only place with vacancies. And now I see why it still had vacancies while everywhere else is full."

"In all my travels I have never come across a less friendly group of staff. They are useless to say the least. The place itself does not deserve to be called a hotel. The room has no phone, no air conditioning, poor curtains so the light comes in early in the Mk ring, a vacuum pump they call a hair dryer. I could go on but frankly it's not worth the effort. If you travel to Sopot avoid, avoid, avoid!!"

"The apartments are a good size and well furnished and are just around the corner from the main hotel where you check in. They are situated in an excellent location with just a short walk to the numerous restaurants on the riverside and the main square. Best hotel for Gdansk.

"Great hotel in a perfect location on the river. The room was large and cozy, with everything we needed. We arrived late due to flights and the staff on reception where polite and helpfull even though it was 2am. There was a large selection of food for breakfast and everything we had tasted great. If we ever return to Gdansk I would stay here again without a second thought. "

"Smart and quality fit-out of rooms. The hotel is compact and very modern. Swimming pool is small but extremely clean and a great atmosphere of its own. Breakfast has very generous options. Can't comment on evening dining options and the room service menu didn't appeal. Location is perfect for catching tram. Staff were cheerful and professional. Some could argue it doesn't have full 4-star standard but some Hilton in UK aren't a quality match for this. This doesn't have too corporate a feel if you're on holiday either, and would also be family-friendly if bringing kids. Excellent example of how far Poland has come in a decade or so, will definitely stay again."

Excellent in all areas!

"Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Spacious rooms, great location and excellent breakfast. They let us check in early, very friendly staff and the fudge at the front desk was delicious! We ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was very good also. If I ever return to Gdansk I will definitely stay here again."
