"Was a bit nervous reading some of the reviews for this place and I should have listened. The apartment was clean and is in decent location. However the apartment I was in (10) the air conditioning was broke and the windows did not open which made the room unpleasant, hot and stuffy. "Great Accomodation right on the Main Street. Wiirhin easy walking distance of most things. Breakfast is served in a restaurant next door from a set menu which was very nice. Only issue was that the pillows were very soft and flat but that’s personal preference. Overall a great place to stay. "

"Great location, nice room, but breakfast menu was limited. They claimed we should not have been able to book as we were a family and tried to charge us more once we had checked in. I refused and once they realised the children were well behaved they were very nice."

"Very nice place to stay in Sopot. Close to main attractions, but the hotel itself is in a quiet area and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Walkable distance (15-20 minutes) to SKM (Szybka Kolej Miejska), which you can use to get to Gdansk for a 1-day trip (really nice option). The room and hotel facilities were ok. You have all what you need. Good breakfast included in price. Friendly staff. I do recommend this hotel for a short or long stay."

"Don't stay here if you are on holidays. it is not nice and way to expensive for what it is. The shared bathroom is inadequte and in poor condition. The shared kitchen is full of strong smelling half full pots of food. I only stayed because it was the only place with vacancies. And now I see why it still had vacancies while everywhere else is full."

"Paid our stay on hotels.com, when we got to the hotel we called the host and she told us to go to a supermarket nearby and get the keys. When we got there we were told that we had to pay for 3 nights with cash only. No receipt Double charged amount of our stay"

"In all my travels I have never come across a less friendly group of staff. They are useless to say the least. The place itself does not deserve to be called a hotel. The room has no phone, no air conditioning, poor curtains so the light comes in early in the Mk ring, a vacuum pump they call a hair dryer. I could go on but frankly it's not worth the effort. If you travel to Sopot avoid, avoid, avoid!!"

"The apartments are a good size and well furnished and are just around the corner from the main hotel where you check in. They are situated in an excellent location with just a short walk to the numerous restaurants on the riverside and the main square. There was a bit of noise from building work going on in the vicinity which did annoy one of the couples we were travelling with but our apartment was fine. "Location is absolutely fantastic, walking distance to the train/bus stations, Moltawa river and all the restaurants/shopping area. I've traveled with my husband, room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The same about bathroom- it was spotless. Staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend and be back there in the future "

"Smart and quality fit-out of rooms. The hotel is compact and very modern. Swimming pool is small but extremely clean and a great atmosphere of its own. Breakfast has very generous options. Can't comment on evening dining options and the room service menu didn't appeal. Location is perfect for catching tram. Staff were cheerful and professional. Some could argue it doesn't have full 4-star standard but some Hilton in UK aren't a quality match for this. This doesn't have too corporate a feel if you're on holiday either, and would also be family-friendly if bringing kids. Excellent example of how far Poland has come in a decade or so, will definitely stay again."

Excellent in all areas!

"Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Spacious rooms, great location and excellent breakfast. They let us check in early, very friendly staff and the fudge at the front desk was delicious! We ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was very good also. If I ever return to Gdansk I will definitely stay here again."

Great hotel but some noise ingress

"Can’t fault the hotel and spa facilities. Staff were efficient rather than warm. One note of caution to light sleepers. The property overlooks a busy dual carriageway so inevitably there is quite a bit of traffic noise on that side of the building and noise ingress. Ear plugs for light sleepers will be important plus to guard against inconsiderate guests at 0230. Bath towels are small, toiletries are good quality. No milk in room, only creamers - hope that helps 🙏"
