I just don't like it when they are only providing 1 key card and you will need the card to enable the electricity in the room by inserting it in a slot. Once you leave to go somewhere, you will remove it and all electricity will be off including the fridge which makes it unable to leave some food or medication in it."

"The rooms are quite spacious so that was good and water, shampoo sachets and soap was provided. Just no kettle which was difficult for me who lives on coffee! The bathroom needed a couple of bottles of bleach and a hot power wash with disinfectant because it looked old, rusty and dirty."
