"- I paid for the room ahead of time. The receptionists were constantly getting confused about this, refusing to let me into the room as they claimed I hadn't paid, before backtracking and realising I had, and then forgetting all over again the following day. - The cleaners were extremely loud in the morning, slamming doors in the corridor from 6am. - There was an ALIVE BEETLE in the bed. The staff didn't understand why this was unsatisfactory. - The pillow was a tiny square cushion with lumpy...

"We really liked these apartments. Very clean, spacious and with everything we needed to cook. The only negativite was the noisy road outside- it was quiet during the night but traffic was noisy from around 7am. If we were to stay again we would request an apartment that was high up or not over looking the road."
