The receptionists were constantly getting confused about this, refusing to let me into the room as they claimed I hadn't paid, before backtracking and realising I had, and then forgetting all over again the following day. - The cleaners were extremely loud in the morning, slamming doors in the corridor from 6am. - There was an ALIVE BEETLE in the bed. "Very central--tram stop outside, good communication from property and very welcoming reception team despite it was almost 10 pm when we arrived. No mirror in the living area--only in bathroom.
