"Upon arrival, service was courteous and friendly. My bed didn't have a pillow, and the girl at the reception said I should find it myself from the other guests! I refused, so she went to the room and couldn't find it, so she gave me another one. The only locker left was faulty, so they gave me one by reception on the floor below.
