"We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "

"Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön an einem Hang oberhalb von Stresa, das man in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge ist fantastisch. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Leider konnten wir wetterbedingt die Terasse und den schönen kleinen Garten nicht nutzen. Der Umgang mit Evita war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Parksituation war anfangs etwas schwierig, hat sich aber dann geklärt. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!"

"Great place to stay, large living area and bedrooms, and very well equipped kitchen. Gabriella was amazing! A little quiet in stresa but that can’t be helped, it was winter. Nice relaxing stay to end our hectic holiday in Europe."

"This house has some great spaces. The decks are wonderful. Parking space is adequate. Location is close to the center of Stresa but not walkable. There were some problems. The house could have been cleaner. Spiders and spider webs. The 2 bedrooms on the lower level were musty despite the dehumidifier that was running constantly. The bathrooms and kitchen on the lower level had mold. There are no screens on the windows. A microwave and hair dryer would have been nice."

"We had a lovely week in Casa Bellavista. What amazing views! It’s a comfortable property and well located. Really enjoyed the meal at Cardini - tried to go back again on our last night but they are closed on Tuesday. "The property has fantastic views and is central. Cant be beaten from that aspect but there could certainly be improvements made. It is dated, the shower is terrible, it is extremely hot during the evening due to no aircon thus making for an uncomfortable sleep. The site says they supply toilet paper and soap which they do - one roll and one very small bar of soap. For a stay of 4 days it was nowhere near enough. "

"Accès très compliqué du fait que la rue est très passante et qu il n y a pas de dégagement pour se garer! Le parking est à 700m. Logement à étages, rdc salle d eau et chambre simple + double, niv 1 cuisine et salle à manger canapé lit, niv 2 1 chambre double, on passe son temps dans les escaliers . Suggestion: mettre un canapé lit dans la pièce du sous sol niv-1, pour les jours de grand chaud car au 2eme c'etait une fournaise! Sinon équipements de qualité!"
