"We enjoyed the house and the location. The 150 stair steps between the parking and the house are really for fit people, and travelling light is highly recommended. However, once you are up, you really appreciate the view and the calm. You can appreciate a comfortable house in pure sixties style, very cool. The kitchen is small but generously equipped - as avid cooks we appreciated all that was there. We visited the house at the end of January, so the fabulous terrace and the sunlounging space...

"What a beautiful place to relax! The apartment was nice and comfortable with a nice balcony to enjoy the lake views with a glass of wine in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Marusca and her family were very nice and extremely friendly. They welcomed us with a a plate of prosciutto, ham and salami and plenty of beverages including, wine, beer, soda and water, all complementary. In the morning Marusca surprised us with a wonderful complementary breakfast that we enjoyed on the balcony...

"Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ordentlich, sauber und gemütlich! Allerdings keine Aussicht!!! Wer keine Koffer schleppen kann hat Schwierigkeiten da die letzten Meter zur Unterkunft am besten nur über die Treppe zu erreichen ist. Nur wer ein „sehr“ kleines Auto hat kann unter sehr schwierigen Umständen vorfahren. Der Eingang durch Heizungsraum und Waschküche stört mich nicht. Der Telefonkontakt war sehr freundlich also gerne wieder wenn ich in Lugano zu tun habe!"

"Wir hatten mit unseren Mädels samt Freund und unserem Hund einen tollen Urlaub, bei dem wir das italienische Leben in seiner natürlichen Form genießen durften. Das Haus hat Charme und bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Unsere Gastgeber sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer ansprecbar.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. "

"Villa Girandola offers everything you need. It is spacy, very stylish, very well equipped, clean, well maintained, calm. Olive oil, condiments, nespresso capsules etc are at your disposal. Hiking trails are staring behind the house. Lugano is very closed and so are other places of interest (Swissminiatur, Gandria etc.). (A huge Coop center is nearby.) The rent is high, however, the place is worth the prize. We would come back anytime!"
