"The place is charming and location is excellent. However, the reception staff was rude and unhelpful. I asked for advice on attractions/boat trips and was informed that islands were closed, which acually was not true as I had nice boat trip the next day. I forgot my charger but reception had none to rent, I could only buy one if paid by cash. I had no cash so proposed to pay later, which was not possible. The rude lady explained that when I go to a shop it’s also not possible to pay later,...

"Hotel is in a nice location, and room is well appointed and clean. However, beside the hotel is a building field with a huge garbage dumping cart, so the side lake view for superior room is mostly ruined; a lot of group tourists during our stay, hence a bit crowded in public areas."
