"The house was great. Yard was very pretty and decorated. We didn't use the hot tub but it liked very inviting. Overall a cute place with plenty of space. The only downfall was the train tracks in the back yard and the number of trains that go thru but after the first day you get used to it so it's not that bad. We enjoyed are stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"We stayed here while participating in a baseball tournament at the Field of Dreams. The house was very clean and comfortable and was a good place for our family to relax between games. Every amenity we needed was there, and more! I had to make a slight change to our reservation before arriving and the host replied immediately. It is a wonderful place for a family to spend time together! We would definitely stay here again!"

"We booked Fritz's farmhouse for when our middle son was in a baseball tournament at the Field of Dreams. We wanted a place we could go to rest in between the time gaps that had enough space for the kids to play outside. Fritz's was PERFECT for that! The owners were great to work with and the home was cozy. Our boys got a chance to play wiffle ball, cornhole/bags and basketball outside but also were able to relax inside from the heat. They took walks to the pond, went on the swing and got another taste of farm life. We didn't get a chance to use the wood fire oven which was a bummer but Brian did let us graze the raspberry bushes <3 We would definitely come back the next time we are staying in Iowa! Thank you Kann family for a great home!"

"Stayed here 6 times now. Panoramic View is unbeatable. No Management or staff on site, never been a problem. Code for door. If U are a light sleeper beware busy train line right beneath the Motel,, It is on a bluff, train blows its horn all the way thru Guttenberg, There are lots of crossings without gates. I am light sleeper also. Just go back to sleep,"

" The hotel is not fancy but affordable and CLEAN. It's simple and had a free breakfast that included a variety of options: fresh fruit, hot egg & biscuit sandwiches, boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee & juices. "Welcome" baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival at check in desk. We appreciated the small-town hotel staff ladies that made check in/out so easy. The bed was comfortable & sheets were clean and soft. Mini frig in the room. It appeared our room had recent renovations: *new bathroom floor, toilet, shower; *carpet in room. Complaints (tolerable for us): *bathroom ceiling vent was annoyingly loud rattle; *pillows need replaced; *no USB port available; *walls a little thin (heard street traffic splashing from cars & clear conversations from hallway). If you want an affordable, clean place to rest your head, this hotel is quite acceptable to book. "

"We had a wonderful time at the River Bottom Oasis! House was clean and had all needed amenities, very comfortable. It was so much fun to explore nearby Wyalusing State Park, and we really enjoyed the game room on our rainy day. The home even had games for the younger kiddos to play, which was an added bonus! The area was beautiful. We would love to go back!"
