“That dam view” a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1500 sq ft home located above Guttenberg on acre st overlooking the town and river. Sitting on just under an acre and there’s plenty of parking and yard space to enjoy. Enjoy sitting on the large deck overlooking the dam and river or underneath the covered patio. The kitchen is furnished with top appliances and enjoy sitting in the living room looking out 2 patio doors at the beautiful views! There is a golden tee and simpsons arcade machines for adults and kids to enjoy! There is a full bathroom on each floor of the house. All three bedrooms are located upstairs with beautiful views of the river and town. Each bedroom has its own separate ac/heating units and controls to adjust to the perfect sleeping temperature. There’s plenty of seats out on the deck and a fire pit in the yard! If your looking for peace and quite this is the place!

The five of us all agree this was an awesome choice for our annual sister's retreat! The home is spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen. The beautiful location overlooks the town and river, and sheep graze in nearby pastures...so peaceful!!

Loved the house and rooms, it was super clean. Ceiling fans and extra quiet a/c in bedrooms kept it super cool. Close to town and where we spent time. Fire pit nice touch. Deck was huge with the awesome view. Great value!

The location of the property is excellent for viewing the Mississippi River and the lock and dam. Communicating with the owner was easy. We had a major snow storm come through while we were there and any concerns I had about snow removal was handled immediately

Nice, clean property. My husband and I had a great weekend getaway with friends traveling around eastern Iowa. It was nice to be back at a central location at the end of the day so we could relax, drink, play cards and get a good night sleep so we could get up early the next day and do it again. The view of the Mississippi River was a plus.

Very clean home. Child friendly with books and toys. Beautiful outdoor area. Plenty of room for little ones to roam. Nice deck and fire pit. Lots of steps to get in and all bedrooms were upstairs. That dam view was totally worth it
The property was perfect for our get away. Our kids enjoyed the bonus feature of the sheep pasture in our backyard. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. I was concerned that the living room/tv set up would be odd but it was perfect. Thank you, Jeff!

Fishing retreat
Stay at this lovely House while Competing in a fishing tournament. Easy access to both town and boat ramps love the view of the river. Tight turnaround and driveway for boat parking but with a little patience, a group could park three Truck and boat rigs hooked up in the driveway
