"Lovely relaxing stay for my birthday. Thank you to the staff for making us feel special. The staff were all welcoming and friendly from when we checked in at reception with Katie, to the receptionist at the leisure centre and the staff serving breakfast. Room was lovely and clean. The bottle of water in the room was a nice touch. Stunning grounds around the hotel. Enjoyed breakfast Pool was a good size for swimming and stayed open to a decent time, which we appreciated arriving late afternoon. We would return. "

"Lovely welcome at Reception on arrival, we were upgraded to newly refurbished rooms. What a treat! comfortable spotless room. Comfy beds, large smart TV, lovely toiletries. Breakfast was delicious, great choice of hot food from the buffet and lots of fruit, cereal, yogurt etc. The staff are a credit to the hotel, helpful, professional and clearly work very hard. "Loved everything about the property. Staff were amazing , they were welcoming, warm, friendly and made every effort to make your stay a positive experience. The room we occupied was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty draw space to put your clothes into, but no hanging space. That said with the angles of the walls and the eaves of the room meant there was no place to actually fit a wardrobe for this purpose, so without major renovation to the room, this was beyond the hotels control. The only other minor point is that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom, but this by no means had any impact on our stay !"
