"Customer service was very helpful and professional and friendly. Breakfast was a grab and go bag due to hotel refurbishment but none of this affected our stay and the grab and go bag had a good selection of breakfast goodies."

The room was very clean & the bed was very comfortable, we had a spa treatment each too which was amazing but we did have a minor discrepancy regarding payment which was soon rectified & spa facilities excellent. Overall our stay here was very nice & would definitely stay here again in the future."
