"We enjoyed our stay at Marco's flat. Marco was very accommodating and welcoming. The flat is in a quiet area about a quarter of an hours walk from the centre of Grado. There are bikes available and it is extremely easy to cycle around the area. There is also a no. 37 bus which goes every half hour into Grado. Tickets can be bought from the local bar. There is a local supermarket and a lovely bakers to hand. The flat is light and modern with two good balcony areas. It was also very quiet,...

"This was a wonderful, clean, lovely apartment. We rented this one and another in the same building for our family visit and it could not have been more perfect. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were wonderful with clear communication and quick responses to any questions. We would happily stay here again. "

"The property itself is very nice, a clean and precious small flat like some of us live in. Silent, a Safe Spot for the car and you have like 3mins by feet to reach the beach main entrance and also only 3mins to the Center of Grado and its Shops, Bars, Restaurants. We booked it already 3 times and again already a 4th time for next year, I think that says a lot. Rino is very friendly, Check-in and out is totally uncomplicated. "Bonjour, L'appartement est très bien, très bonne prestation. Toutefois, étant situé au dessus de la pâtisserie cafétéria, la mise en œuvre a partir de deux heures du matin est assez pénible, de même a l'ouverture vers 7h, le tape-tape de la machine a expresso.... Donc pas calme pour dormir. Autre point négatif au niveau du manque de calme, la route très passagère. Difficulté d'échanges avec la personne de l'agence car ne parle pas anglais, ni français. "
