"Nice hotel, clean and safe. The staffs were very friendly."

"It is a beautiful reminder of days gone by. Flowered wallpaper, old time furnishings,etc. The only downside is the size of the room we were in. Very small with slanted ceilings in the bathroom and next to the bed. I'm not tall, but I was constantly bumping my head. Final note... the breakfast scones were fantastic!"

"The staff at the property was very helpful with baggage transfers from the ferry to the condo and from there to the Grand Hotel ."

"It is right on the main drag and close to everything. Downside is the same. Once the day-trippers hop on the ferry, it gets so quiet. It was perfect for us."

"The house was secluded so that was a huge plus. Plenty of parking as well if you have multiple cars. Communication with host was lacking until the week of the stay. That aside, very nice stay."
