Ski In/Out! Toll House lift

Experience the ultimate year-round fun in Stowe with this perfectly located Resort Condo!

Nestled near Stowe's Toll House Lift and just off the Home Run trail, this condo offers the ultimate convenience of ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes** and easy access to nearby snowshoe and cross-country trails. (**Please note that the Toll House lift services a natural snow area, and its operation may be limited early and late season. Check the Stowe Snow report for daily trail and lift open/closed status.)

During winter, take advantage of the free Stowe Village Mountain shuttle that runs from the end of November to mid-April, and hop on to reach Spruce Peak Village, which is less than 2 miles away. There, enjoy skiing, ice skating, dining, shopping, or down to town for even more.

The charming village of Stowe is bustling with activity all year round, with numerous restaurants and shops to explore. It's only a quick 10-minute drive from the condo to Main St.!

In the summer, lounge by the outdoor heated pool, play a game of tennis, or take advantage of the nearby hiking and biking trails. Visit the neighboring Bingham Falls or simply relax and play lawn games by the brook just outside your door. You'll also have access to a charcoal BBQ grill and picnic table on the lawn, perfect for outdoor dining.

Nice Stowe condo
Very nice / clean condo but as others have stated it’s not a ski on/off property. It’s about a 10 min hike to Toll Road Chair (when operational) from condo.

Cozy and Convenient Condo in a Great Location
We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The furniture was very comfortable, and we loved the convenience of the gas fireplace with a touch control. The beds provided great sleep, and access to the condo was simple. The location was perfect—just far enough from the center of Stowe to avoid traffic, yet close enough for easy day trips and visits into town. It also looks even better in person than in the photos! Parking was easy, right at the condo. I had a few questions during our stay, and the woman from Stowe Resort Homes was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone. A quick note: there’s no restroom on the ground floor, but this wasn’t an issue for us. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Stowe.

Lodge Condo #30 exceeded our expectations. We especially loved how clean and comfortable the condo was. The recent updates to the kitchen and bathroom were better than the photos! The community was quiet and very well maintained. The pool was a nice feature for our kids and we were impressed with how clean and well maintained it was. Great condo. Better than the photos. We've stayed in a lot of condos, hotels, etc in Stowe and our family can't stop talking about all that we loved about Lodge Condo #30. We will be back! From the moment we called to inquire about the property, your team was excellent to deal with. The booking process was great over the phone as well. The text updates and calls informing us the property was ready early was a nice touch. We've used another Stowe rental agency in the past and you guys were much more pleasant to deal with. The personal attention and great customer service was above and beyond what I expected considering we were only staying 2 nights. We look forward to booking with you again.

Our stay at lodge condo 30 was excellent. Really appreciated how nicely the unit was furnished, appointed, and maintained. The only issue I had with the unit is that the sheets and bedding were laundered with fragranced products that effected my ability to sleep as I am very sensitive to scents. Unfortunately I had to sleep on the couch many nights. I’ve noticed that some nice hotels have gone to fragrance free bedding. Would love if more places accommodated those of us with allergies/sensitivities. Everyone I spoke with on your team were wonderfully friendly and helpful.

Perfect stay in Stowe
We have stayed at the Lodge condos before and find it a great location. Toll House lift is under 5 minutes on your skis (there is a small incline to sidestep up to the actual lift). There is a trail get back (Home Run) which takes you to the upper parking lot of the condos. Couldn't be easier. This unit is nicely updated, very comfortable, and has a very well-stocked kitchen. Felt like home, but better!

It was like a home away from home.
It was like a home away from home. Nothing was lacking. Btw, I loved that we didn't have to stop at an office to pick up keys on arrival. The keypad is so convenient! The proximity to the Toll House lift is great, but we were also pleasantly surprised by the gas fireplace. It really took off the chill after a day of skiing! Your team was very communicative and efficient. Instructions given were all very complete.

Local restaurants and stores had intermittent hours due to the COVID-19 pandemic so we ended up finding a business in town that did catering for us for our dinner meals, Saved us time, frustration looking for a open restaurant that had outside seating and open reservations, Wild Tyme catering. Erica prepared whatever we wanted to eat, that is also the first time I used a service like that on vacation. Maybe you could advertise that a little more to help independent businesses as well. Check in was awesome, no delays or waiting, checked in a little easy which was a plus.

Perfectly Lovely Condo with Falsely Advertised Location
The condo itself was very clean and nicely appointed - really quite comfortable and nice. The management company was nice, allowed for early (one hour) and very easy check in and was helpful with questions except for the one key aspect my family and I rented the condo for -- the (falsely) advertised ski in / ski out location. This was NOT a ski in/ski out location. While teh snow conditions can always prevent a lift or a ski run from operation which we understand, the lift that was supposedly ski in /ski out for this condo is half a mile away through woods over a oad, through a few parking lots and at one point even an uphill location - it doesn't help that there is absolutely no trail from the condo to the lift or any path whatsoever through the woods or otherwise. Other renters in abutting condos were similarly speechless when we were checking in at the same time. There is no way in hell this can be advertised in good faith as anything walkable or even close to ski in / ski out. That should be deleted immediately so more renters are not misled -- it should be accurately labeled as located one mile to main base and 1/2 mile to side lift (operational only when conditions allow). Besides that false advertising the location is not bad at all for driving to the base only one mile -- really quite close if you want to drive or are okay with driving -- to the main base and 1/2 mile to the green / easy run and side lift (operational only when snow conditions permit which was not during the Christmas/New Year's break). I really liked the condo itself with two really comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms for my two teen daughters , my wife and me; however, we need ski in/ski out so I can go skiing early and then can follow later when they wake up later, etc., so we can't rent this one again.

Very disappointed in the falsely advertised location vis-a-vis getting to a lift. We needed ski in/out or a normal walk at least and this was nether. Instead we drove and it is a close distance to the main base - just one mile - it should be advertised accurately. We still would not have rented even if accurately listed because we needed ski in/out or a small walk but it should nevertheless be accurately advertised. Kelly was wonderful to deal with - very nice and responsive.

Gorgeous Ski In/Ski Out Condo
The condo was sparking clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a holiday meal and spacious for all of us. We loved the convenience of being about to ski out and ski in via the Toll House Lift. Excited for our return stay next year.
