"Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice."

"This place is great. It’s always clean and smells very nice. The jacuzzi rooms do have a couple different layouts but 125 is the best one I’d say. Staff seems to be a family and they are very very nice. They offer you refreshments at check in and convenient (Name Brand) continental quick bite options.
