"Our family had such an incredible time on the farmstead. We all got to relax and rest, but there was plenty of farm to keep the kids occupied. The house had everything we needed, and Mt. Vernon was an easy commute for groceries. Everyone we encountered could not have been nicer. We will be back! "

"We had 7 adults and 2 kids staying together and we never felt like we were crowded. The size was perfect and it had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and comfortable."

"We were in Verona packing up and cleaning out our mothers home to move her to Oklahoma. We were able to have meals, showers and relaxing, quality time around the fireplace in the evening to unwind after the long working days. It was perfect with enough room for everyone. I enjoyed morning walks on the property. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals."

"The house was very clean and had plenty of blankets and towels. The directions at first took us to the wrong house but after we found it once, it was very easy to find. Usually the homeowner will message me with info for checking in and checking out and I had to call and try a few times to get a hold of anyone this time. Overall, the stay was lovely and the property was lovely."

"The property is amazing on a working farm. My dogs loved the open space and the visits from Frisco, the loving pup on the farm. The owners were wonderful, even providing a dozen of fresh eggs. Their field of sunflowers was in full bloom, it was my zen. "

"We have used this property twice for Thanksgiving. It’s a perfect location for everyone to get together and cook and play together. We were a short walk from a family members wedding in the park near the square during the same time frame as well. It’s a short walk to a convenience store and also a nice little taqueria down the block. Owners are prompt with responses and check in and out was a breeze. "
