"Our family absolutely loved the Hekla Hilltop cabin. The hot tub, the record player, the "cave", and the location! Short drive to the Geyser and Gullfoss. "I like in the countryside and unique lodge experience, being Cosy and hot-tub. The small inconvenience is the beds are rather small. My son's legs overhang the single beds. Also the steps was a bit too steep when visiting downstairs toilet middle of the night. Overall I loved it."

"We spent 3 nights at this cottage for exploring parts of the Golden Circle. The cottage was a perfect home away from home. It had the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The dining and living room areas were a decent size for a family of 4-6 people. The bunk bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable.
