"Great Hotel with airport shuttle."

"My partner and I recently stayed at Kong Arthur to celebrate his 30th birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for our entire stay.The hotel itself strikes a perfect balance between homey comfort and elegant sophistication. The decor is tasteful and refined, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the adjoining spa. The spa's interior design was stunning, with calming lighting and beautifully arranged spaces. They offered a wide range of treatments; whether you're looking for a massage, facial, or something more indulgent, the spa is a must-visit. To make the occasion special, the hotel provided an array of options to personalize our stay, including romantic decorations in the room. The staff were another standout feature of our visit (thank you Hannah, Anna, Kamilla...to name only a few!) They were always on hand to help, incredibly friendly, and provided great recommendations. The location itself was fantastic, located in the city centre and everything within walking or cycling distance, making it easy to navigate, and return after a long day out! Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. "

"Fantastic property. The Tivoli Hotel is exceptionally clean and hospitable. The staff is very cordial and attentive. The sauna and pool are clean and, most importantly, free. The food is out of this world. I’m from the US and used to the mediocrity of service and quality. For the affordable cost, this hotel is the best place I ever stayed. Can’t give a better review. Fantastic! "

"Let's be clear about this hotel... it is right across the street from the airport and a 4 minute walk. The reason we booked it for our last night was our 6:30am flight out of Denmark. They also have a grab-n-go breakfast starting at 3am for those super early flights. They have auto-checkin through a machine that scans your information and spits out your room key such that I didn't even meet any staff. The room itself was basic but clean. Would not stay here for seeing Copenhagen in general if you have lots of days, but for proximity to the airport it's amazing. It's worth pointing out the Clarion Hotel is next door and a slightly closer walk (maybe 2 minutes instead of 4 minutes), and does appear fancier on the inside with the lobby, so it's generally going to cost more and be a slightly more pleasant experience. But Comfort did the trick for us."

"We needed to store some luggage while making a side trip and Wesley was kind enough to measure the lockers to ensure it would fit our bags. Really above and beyond! And it worked our perfectly. We stowed our bags for a few days and they were secure until we could pick them up again. Great service. Also close to the airport!"

"Amazing hotel, probably one of the best I've ever stayed at for price vs location and service. Hotel itself certainly has a wow factor with the glass roof and other quirky little extras providing a memorable setting. The indoor courtyard is extra special in the evening under the stars and warm environment creating that Hygge feeling. Bonus is the location right next to Tivoli and central station making transport easy. Overall wonderful stay, 10 /10 and will definitely recommend and revisit. "

"When I was told on check in day (I was 2 hours early) that I had to pay 20 DKK for self storage locker at basement , I was appalled. But later when I checked the left locker rate at train station .. is 70 DKK so is probably cheaper to do so at hotel. I felt this could have been a complimentary service to guests Other than this .. the hotel is located next to canal. u can see brave people swimming in the cold waters of Jan. is located about 11 mins walk from bus terminal.. n 10 mins walk to Central station Thus to me , is strategically located . A short walk to shopping . dinner options . I strolled slowly to the National Museum talking in the sights . I think there will be many activities in the summer months in the canal . But is cool to have a cup of take away coffee n sit along the canal n zone out in the cold months . The bed is comfy enough though the pillows too small n soft to my liking . There’s a IKEA store and a big shopping centre n IMAX near to bus terminal Thus I recommend this place ! "
