"It is a great location. The rooms are a little worn. My shower had problems with drainage. I asked the staff to fix it and nothing happened. I told them again when I checked out. She said she would have someone loo at it. I prepaid for my reservation on Orbitz but then they charged my credit card when I checked-out. I can't seem to get this resolved and it is very frustrating"

"A comfortable , warm and friendly Hotel in a quiet village. Within easy driving distance to Aachen. The Restaurant serves excellent food at reasonable prices"

"This is a very nice hotel & restaurant with a great hotel general manager who was always happy, hard working & eager to help his guests in both the hotel and the restaurant. The only issues were 1) Hard uncomfortable beds; 2) hearing people go up & down the metal circular stairs outside our room all night long; and 3) a very grumpy male waiter in the restaurant during dinner. The rest of their staff was amazing, but the mean unhappy guy was hard to overlook and probably shouldn't be working in...

"Der Empfang war gut, das Frühstück auch. Das Hotel bedarf allerdings einer gründlichen Renovierung. Die Tapete rollt sich im. Frühstücksraum von den Wänden. Es ist insgesamt, inkl. Mobiliar zu erneuern. "
