"The room was simple but clean with a view across the Exe valley. I liked that the heating stayed on until late evening, the hot water was reliable and the shower did not fluctuate between hot and cold. Also, the proprietors were generous and flexible with breakfast. The hotel is close to Exeter's two principal railway stations and about 15 mins walk from the town centre. Minor complaints - some of the lightbulbs were too dim and the toilet seat shifted around."

The room was amazing, private sauna and steam room, separate lounge, more like an apartment. Very Comfy. The resort itself is beautiful and all the staff incredibly friendly and helpful.
