"Wonderful property with luxury interior and amazing garden, terrace and hot tub. Situated in beautiful countryside surroundings. Lovely details included tea, coffee, milk, orange juice etc upon arrival. Only criticism was local pub wasn’t really a pub as closed in evenings. "

There are stairs which lead to the extended roof which makes up a sleeping area. "The property has been decorated very tastefully and was immaculate. Only one comment to make and that is I wish there had been a stool to climb up onto the bed, and an obvious welcome sheet as we only found that on our last evening. Like the trays were in the cupboard and how to work the hob. Other than that couldn’t fault it. "

"Lovely setting, very quiet although no one else was staying in the other 3 lodges when we stayed. Loved watching the boats going past whilst sat on the veranda. Frequently visited by ducks and a heron. Village had everything you needed and the bakery at the marina was great for coffee and pastries. Lodge clean and today with everything you needed for stay."

"What a gorgeous hut! We stayed here for a friends wedding which was so convenient. Only things that I could fault is that the solar power usb charger point had no energy to charge our phones/ the lights weren't working. Also its a little walk to the toilet/ shower however they are excellent facilities. Maybe a bit overpriced if looking for a quiet getaway but was perfect location for the wedding we attended so would recommend for anybody attending a wedding at the abbey hall without a doubt!"
