"Loved our short break in this superb location, the cottage had everything you need and the privacy and quietness of the area was amazing. Yes the lanes are truly country - tight, muddy and bumpy but nothing unusual or to put you off. A good location for visiting all the well known towns & coasts and then retreating to the quietness of the cottage. Thoroughly recommend."

"The Linhay was a great choice for us as we attended a wedding at nearby Tregulland. The countryside is very quiet around the accommodation—a car is absolutely required. It's just 10 minutes drive to Launceston for all amenities, a half hour drive to the sea, and a few miles drive to an excellent pub, The Rising Sun. "Stunning location by the river. Remote and peaceful. Don't take a big car!!! Its a narrow track to the cottage!!! Well equipped kitchen. Lovely outside decking area. Comfortable lounge. Very helpful neighbours and hosts. Our only complaint was the very noisy boiler which woke the whole house up every morning !"

The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) "
