"We used this place as base camp for our daily trips up Little Cottonwood for skiing. Clean, modern and the requisite hot tub. Very pleased with the full kitchen and little helpful details like spices and butter around to use, real wine glasses etc, perfect for stay. Great place as long as you can just ignore the little junk yard (Utah whyte trash?) next door."

"Just needed a good nights rest. We did not spend much time at the home other than just sleeping, the home was as expected to me but some of my family had too high of expectations in regards to cleanliness. We had just the right amount of beds and rooms for everyone and the views each morning and night were great. Only hiccup was the double booking the last night, which doesn’t normally happen. We were able to accommodate and owners were willing to help us in return. All in all I am grateful...

"Recently stayed in this rental while on our annual snowboard trip with friends. Have stayed in many before but this one was the best so far. It had everything we could possibly need behind away from home, the indoor pool had tons of pool toys with an awesome slide! Lots of space for everyone to hang out, so happy we found this awesome rental, thank you Tim & Angie for an awesome get away!"

"Tahnee’s home wound up being the perfect place for our stay. I was traveling from Alabama to Utah for surgery and was specifically looking for a place that had a recliner and walk in shower. Not only did this place have both but it was walker friendly (I needed to use a walker after surgery). Tahnee was friendly as can be. I would happily rent from her anytime. "We stayed for three nights. The living space was spacious and well decorated. We really appreciated the outdoor area. It was very lush and the kids could expend their energy. This is completely a walkout basement so the host is living right above you. It is similar to apartment living where you can hear the activity from above. Would not have been a problem but it continued after 10 pm. The last night we were there, they cooked fish and our entire place smelled. The neighborhood was very nice...
