"The company has a policy that they do not hold hotel rooms for those who prepay. They give the room away and then try to find them a room at another location. The front desk guy was good to try to help the Patron to relocate. they also don't return the money to the customer. terrible policy "

"So far the best hotel we have stayed at in Scotland. The room was far above our expectations. The bathroom has a roman tub, a shower, dual sinks. Water pressure was excellent. The bed had a very tall and stylish headboard. The closet was very deceiving. It revealed a huge room with a vanity and a mirror. The food was excellent. Despite the restaurant being so busy, the staff went out of their way to find us a table. The staff is the jewel crown. We will stay here the next time we are in town. "
