"The room was clean and the motel was quiet during our stay. The area was covered in new snow when we arrived, but the staff shoveled walkways a couple times during our 12 hour stay and they were plowing the parking lot in the morning as we were walking down to breakfast. The staff was very friendly. It is not a new motel, but the wall heater/air conditioner units were newer digital models and very quiet compared to others I've used at other motels. I was impressed by this upgrade the motel had invested in. The included breakfast options were slightly limited, but plenty enough to fill us up to ski nearby Snowhaven through to 1pm when we finally took a lunch break. Our family had a nice stay and our kids told us they want to stay there again. "

"great little house with everything you need and extra bonuses that the owners thought of way beyond what you would expect. Love the location between Kooskia and Kamiah right across the street from the river. Stayed there as a resting spot on the way to Quinn's but we will most likely be back to do some rafting in the summer."

"This is the most remote place I have ever stayed. Cabin has TV but no WiFi or cell service. Signage helped get us to the cabin. No cell service means no google maps. Very pet friendly! My dogs are loving it! Will be back this summer with RV. "
